    We provide a full range of specialty circular and audio connector overmold designs. These designs cover the gamut of the many popular types of audio connectors. The flexible molded strain relief provide for a removable insert for the strain relief section which allows the mold to be used for those applications requiring various cable diameters.

    Coaxial Cable Overmolds - BNC, TNC, N Connector, SMA, MMCX, SMB, MCX, F Connector, UHF, Mini UHF, Twinax

    We provide a wide range of overmolding options for circular, coaxial connectors. The most popular cable designs are offered with over 60 different options. In addition to straight cable exits, we also provide a variety of angled cable exits, such as 45 degree and 90 degree versions. The cable strain relief incorporate our "tooling friendly", interchangeable strain relief and shutoff design for maximum mold versatility. Many of these designs can be adapted to other connector types with the addition of only shut off sections, providing our customers more tool versatility without the added expense of complete new tools.

    Modular Connector Overmolds - RJ11, RJ22, RJ45, Modular Jacks, Shielded RJ45, Modular Boots

    We provide solutions for a wide variety of modular, RJ connector plugs and receptacles. Our design approach has been to provide streamline molding of both the plug and receptacles to maximize space utilization and stacking at the device. An added option of our receptacle style overmolds is the option of incorporating embedded circuitry through the addition of a small PCBA within the overmold.

    Power Connector Overmolding - Molex Connectors, AMP Connectors

    We provide overmold solutions for all sizes of Molex Mini-Fit SR, Molex Mini-fit jr., .165" centerline, MOLEX MICROFIT and Molex SABRE connectors. This economical overmold provides additional strain relief to the cable and connector body. Flexible molded strain reliefs can be added to the mold at any time to provide versatility in product design to meet a wide range of product needs.

    Flexible style strain relief designs provide additional relief to the completed assembly. The flexible wire strain reliefs may be removed from the mold cavity to create a solid, short body style at any time for those applications where it is required.

    We have developed overmold solutions for AMP's popular universal and standard Mate-N-Lok connector family. These overmolds provide strain relief and add ruggedness to an already robust connector design. Customization such as this can open new opportunities and applications.

    We also offer overmold solutions for AMP DUAC, .165" centerline Dual Action connectors. This economical overmold provides additional strain relief to the cable and connector body. Flexible strain relief's can be added to the mold at any time to provide versatility in product design to meet a wide range of product needs. The flexible strain relief's may be removed from the mold cavity to create a solid, short body style at any time for those applications where it is required.

    We offer overmolding of PCBA assemblies and other electronic components & specialized designs for unique applications. We develop leading edge embedded circuitry cables and over molded SMT/ML PCB. We have been designing and over molding electronic components for many years and has become knowledgeable in this field. The attributes of insert molding around electronics is very different than molded connector products. We have state of the art molding capabilities which include digital controls for consistency in the molding environment. Products such as PCB's, switches and sensors are just a few of the variations. The approach includes over-molding directly over either a protected or open device and enclosures.
